About the Doctor
Professor Md. Abul Hasnat Joarder is a distinguished Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon of Bangladesh with decades of experience in clinical practice, postgraduate medical education, and academic research. He is widely respected for his contributions to ENT training, surgical mentorship, and scholarly activities in South Asia.
Professor Joarder has served in senior academic and administrative positions in reputed medical institutions, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping undergraduate and postgraduate ENT education. His academic career is marked by sustained involvement in teaching, curriculum development, supervision of postgraduate thesis / dissertations, examination duties, and participation in national and international academic forums.
He has a strong interest in otology, neurotology, head & neck surgery, and evidence-based ENT practice, and is recognized for his structured clinical approach and commitment to academic rigor. His experience as an examiner, thesis supervisor, and academic reviewer makes him well-qualified to serve as an external examiner in Otolaryngology and related biomedical disciplines.
